Physician Specialization: Advanced Gastroenterology

Seeking a physician specializing in Advanced Gastroenterology. The role involves providing both outpatient and inpatient procedures in a clinical setting. A typical working day is scheduled from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The expected daily patient load is approximately 15 adults. Required procedures include Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), Capsule Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, and more. Therapeutic procedures such as Polypectomy and Endoscopic Hemostasis are also part of the practice. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in advanced procedures, including Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Collaborative work with two other physicians is essential. Candidates must meet certification requirements from recognized bodies. Proficiency in electronic medical records is required, specifically with the designated system. Candidates must provide comprehensive logs and evidence of ongoing clinical practice for all requested privileges.
