Cardiovascular (CV) Radiology Technologist

Job OverviewHere at Fairview, we are now seeking a Cardiovascular (CV) Radiologic Technologist to join our team at our Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN! This is a .8 FTE (64 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM and will include an on-call schedule on the weeknights and weekends.Perform all phases of special imaging proceduresResponsibilitiesActively participates in creating and implementing improvements.Performs diagnostic, vascular, or other related procedures to aid in diagnosis determination.Assists Radiologist and/or staff physician in special procedure performance to expedite patient flow.Maintains supply inventory to ensure availability of required items.Assists in maintenance of equipment to ensure proper function and availability.Trains alternate staff to provide adequate staffing.Coordinates coverage for special procedures and after-hours services.Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.Required QualificationsAssociate of Arts from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program5+ years experience in Cath Lab & EP LabBasic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)Certified Radiologic Technologist (RT)American Registry of Radiologic TechnologistsBenefit OverviewFairview offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, PTO/vacation and Safe and Sick Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement and more!
