What You'll Do As the Principal Technical Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for many of the company's most strategic technical hires while helping elevate Talent Acquisition across the organization. You'll partner closely with HR leadership and executive stakeholders to: Lead end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Security, and other technical organizations Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive leadership Build proactive talent pipelines before hiring needs arise Drive exceptional candidate experiences from first conversation through offer acceptance Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, sourcing automation, and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes Influence workforce planning discussions and hiring priorities Provide competitive market insights around talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends Help modernize recruiting processes, interview practices, and operational excellence Partner with external search firms and recruiting vendors when appropriate Continuously improve recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction What Makes This Role Different This isn't a recruiting role where you'll inherit a mature process and simply keep it running. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines strong technical recruiting expertise with business acumen and executive presence.
