PT - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

We are seeking an open-minded and adaptable Physical Therapist to join our outpatient department. The ideal candidate will embrace our "Friends Healing Friends" approach, working closely with patients and the broader healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients.
• Implement and monitor physical therapy interventions to maximize patient progress toward functional goals.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery strategies.
• Maintain open communication with other health professionals and ancillary staff to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt to feedback from colleagues and contribute suggestions for program improvements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to treat a diverse range of patients.
• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred.
