Position Summary Martis Camp is a private community in beautiful Truckee, California. We are looking for a full‑timeteammateto join the Gatehouse team. The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service while spreading goodwill and hospitality with Members, guests, and fellow Ambassadors. The Gatehouse team staffs the Gatehouse 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The primary focus of this position is outstanding customer service in assisting members, protecting the integrity of access and safety of Martis Camp. Some of the services include a community safety patrol, package delivery, home inspections, and facility and residential lockups and closings. A full-time hybrid schedule is currently available, working Thursday/Friday as a swing shift (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM) and Saturday/Sunday graveyard (9:30 PM - 8:00 AM). Requirements The fulltime position requires a 40-hour per week (4 shifts/week) commitment Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Stand/walk for up to 2 hours at a time, sit for up to two hours at a time.
