Position: Assemblers
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Hours:
1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30 pm
2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 2:30am
Pay Rate: $18.75 -$19.25 /hour + Paid Training + Bonus Opportunities
Opportunity Type: Long-Term with Direct Hire Potential
Locations: Minnetonka, MN 55345

**All training is conducted on first shift. Candidates must be flexible to attend training regardless of their assigned shift.**

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble high-quality medical devices in a clean room environment while meeting strict quality and safety standards.
Assemble, repair, test, solder, and inspect medical devices, including pacemakers, catheters, ICDs, and related components.
Utilize microscopes and precision tools such as tweezers, cutters, and soldering equipment to perform detailed assembly and repair work.
Perform mechanical assembly, coating, bonding, packaging, and final inspection of medical devices and accessories.
Troubleshoot equipment, process issues, and product defects by examining components, identifying root causes, and performing corrective repairs.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure all job documentation, procedures, and clean room operations remain current and compliant.

Requirements:

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required
Must be available to attend a 4-day, onsite training in Minnetonka, MN (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) at the start of the assignment, regardless of assigned shift or work location
Ability to successfully pass a knowledge based evaluation is required
