ARRT Team Lead - MRI
MLR is collaborating with a respected healthcare system to recruit a skilled MRI Team Lead. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced MRI technologist who is ready to lead a team while ensuring the highest standards of imaging services and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the MRI department, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Diagnostic Imaging: Perform high-quality MRI exams, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort.
- Collaboration: Work with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain MRI equipment in good working order while adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards and optimize department performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor MRI technologists, fostering professional development and a collaborative environment.
ARRT Team Lead- MRI Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Certification: ARRT certification in MRI is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
- Leadership: Prior leadership experience preferred.
