As a Title I Instructional Facilitator, assisting with program planning and implementation is a crucial part of the role. This helps to ensure Title I programs are effective, aligned with school goals, and meet the needs of all scholars, particularly those struggling academically. Working under the direction of the Title I Program Team, the Instructional Facilitator will serve as a collaborative leader in program development, coordination, and implementation to ensure that the Title I program is purposeful, data-driven, and effectively supports the academic needs of scholars, ultimately contributing to their success.

This helps to ensure Title I programs are effective, aligned with school goals, and meet the needs of all scholars, particularly those struggling academically. Working under the direction of the Title I Program Team, the Instructional Facilitator will serve as a collaborative leader in program development, coordination, and implementation to ensure that the Title I program is purposeful, data-driven, and effectively supports the academic needs of scholars, ultimately contributing to their success.
QUALIFICATIONS Required Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Five years of successful professional practice and/or relevant administrative experience
- Classroom teaching experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of technology and analyzing data.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Knowledge of current issues, problems, and challenges in urban schools in educating Title I and Section 31a scholars.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal/human relation skills.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral skills.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows-based programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work as a member of a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of facilitating small or large guidance group.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks at once.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, parents, and community members, to ensure seamless program implementation and support for Title I scholars.
- Collaborate and coordinate with school attendance teams. Developing attendance strategies, staff training, monitoring progress, identifying trends, and evaluating effectiveness of attendance initiatives. Ensuring all stakeholders are involved in creating a positive attendance culture to help remove barriers impeding on the improvement of scholar attendance.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Title I programs using various data points (scholar achievement, attendance, etc.).
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to strategies or implementation.
- Ensure the school's Title I program complies with federal and state regulations.
- Support strategies to increase parental involvement in supporting their children's learning.
- Possesses a clear understanding of Title I law and regulations to ensure that the Title I program maintains compliance with State and federal regulations.
- Develops and facilitates of professional learning activities regarding instruction, family engagement, Title I Targeted Assistance & Schoolwide Plans, and other Title I related topics with central office leadership, administrators, and school-based teams.
- Provides support for instruction in Title I schools to facilitate scholar learning.
- Support the training of staff in the appropriate ways to access, use, and visualize assessment and other scholar-level data for instructional improvement
- Provides technical assistance to Title I and Private Schools through consultation, meetings, work session, and monitoring of program implementation.
- Identifies and develops resources needed to implement Title I program initiatives.
- Participate in conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to identify the root causes of academic challenges and determine the specific needs of scholars eligible for Title I services.
- Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders to develop clear, measurable, and achievable goals for Title I programs that align with their Title I Targeted Assistance & Schoolwide Plans, Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP) to address the needs of the identified scholars.
- Assist in designing interventions and support services that are evidence-based, high-quality, and tailored to the unique needs of scholars.
- Work with curriculum coordinators and other relevant staff to ensure appropriate resources and materials are selected for implementing Title I programs and resources.
- Establish reliable systems for tracking, assessing, and reporting on the progress of the work.
- Provide support and assistance to teachers in implementing Title I programs, including guidance on instructional strategies, grouping scholars, and monitoring scholar progress.
- Coordinate with Title I team to plan and provide staff development sessions to equip teachers with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively support Title I scholars.
- Consistently demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned and as allowed by grant funding.
