Position Overview We are looking for a full‑time Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑performance team of 8‑20 associates, including 3‑4 managers. The manager will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience and driving sales, loyalty, and talent goals. Key Responsibilities Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achievement of sales, loyalty, and talent goals. Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention. Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control. Connect with the community to increase awareness. Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions. Key Requirements Previous management experience (required). Specialty retail store management experience preferred. Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere. Strong decision‑making skills, action orientation, and result focus. Computer proficiency (necessary). Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
