Job Title: Recruiter / On-Site Coordinator
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime as needed)

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Recruiter Onsite to join our Kennesaw/Atlanta, GA team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new associates
• Coordinate staffing needs with clients
• Conduct check-ins with associates on-site
• Maintain attendance, performance, and reporting records
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and associates

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred but necessary
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bilingual English and Spanish
