Private Client Services Associate or Counsel AttorneyLocation: Philadelphia, PAHYBRID work environment availableOur client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Private Client Services Practice Group in New York City. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney to work with high-net-worth individuals on complex trust and estate matters while developing expertise in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Pennsylvania Bar Admission or the ability to waive in.LL.M. and strong tax background required.5+ years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.Demonstrated drafting and estate administrationskills, including experience with complex wills and trusts.Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations and analysis, and administering estates from probate through closing.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact.Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Advise high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, tax strategies, and administration.Draft complex wills and trusts tailored to client needs.Manage the administration of estates from probate through final closing, ensuring all tax filings and legal requirements are met.Prepare client presentations and conduct tax calculations and analyses.Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver superior client service.Why Join Us?This position provides a unique opportunity to join a growing Private Client Services Practice Group and work on sophisticated trust and estate matters for high-net-worth individuals.
