Role Description As a Graphic Designer at Kirvin Doak Communications, you\'ll develop compelling visual communications that bring our clients\' brands to life across digital, print, social, environmental, and experiential channels. Working alongside account service, strategy, production partners, and the media team, you\'ll create engaging creative marketing campaigns for hospitality, gaming, tourism, government, entertainment, and lifestyle brands. Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media. Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold the client brand identity and ensure that all design work aligns with the client brand guidelines. Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners to promote resort venues, events, and special offers. Digital Media: Design graphics for the client\'s website, social media channels, traditional /digital marketing and advertising campaigns. Signage: Design and update client signage, including wayfinding signage, large-format graphics, construction wall wraps, vinyl graphics, exterior digital screens, digital signage, room signage, environmental graphics, event banners, promotional displays, and other branded signage applications. Collaboration: Work closely with the advertising agencies and marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing goals. Production File Preparation: Write and follow detailed production specification sheets, prepare production-ready vendor packages with proper bleeds, trim, and file setup, package native artwork with linked assets and licensed fonts, organize fonts and links into appropriate folders, and verify file naming conventions, production requirements, and all required components prior to final vendor deliver Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the design process. Qualifications ·Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising Design, or a related field preferred.

• 4–6+ years of professional graphic design experience in an advertising agency, in-house marketing department, hospitality, gaming, tourism, or related industry.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated ability to develop original creative concepts from strategy through final execution across multiple marketing channels.
• Experience rebuilding, recreating, and modifying existing artwork while maintaining brand integrity and production quality.
• Strong understanding of brand identity development, logo usage, typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand standards.
• Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive brand identity systems, style guides, and campaign asset libraries.
• Ability to design for print, digital, social media, email marketing, outdoor advertising, environmental graphics, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Strong production knowledge, including file setup, bleeds, trim, color profiles, packaging native files, writing production specification sheets, and preparing vendor-ready artwork.
• Experience designing large-format graphics, environmental graphics, construction wall wraps, vinyl applications, digital signage, event signage, and wayfinding systems.
• Ability to perform production edits, versioning, image retouching, copy updates, resizing, and asset adaptation while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
• Experience collaborating with account teams, copywriters, production managers, media planners, printers, sign fabricators, and other external vendors.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, finishes, fabrication methods, and installation considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong quality assurance and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to receive creative direction, incorporate client feedback, and present design solutions effectively.
• A portfolio demonstrating concept development, branding, integrated marketing campaigns, hospitality or gaming experience, production work, and both print and digital design.

Preferred Experience ·Hospitality, casino, tourism, entertainment, or destination marketing experience.

• Experience creating campaign identity systems and brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with email marketing, digital advertising, social media creative, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion design is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with production vendors, printers, sign fabricators, and media partners
