What You'll Do:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and all office communications to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to uncover opportunities for insurance solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up to meet customer needs.
• Provide vital administrative support to the team, assisting with various projects and tasks.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in receptionist or customer service roles, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys connecting with people.
• Highly organized and adept at multitasking to keep the office running efficiently.
• Comfortable initiating and participating in sales-related conversations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems or willing to learn.

• I have been a State Farm agent since 1988.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
