Window and Door InstallerAs an Installer for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will work with industry leading products and services. You must be dedicated to working with individual homeowners to provide a world-class customer service experience.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project.Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day.Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.Exterior and interior finish work on all products.Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.Qualifications:Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar.Experience working with a metal brake and power tools.Customer service experience preferred.A proven track record of superior craftsmanship.A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.Valid driver's license required.Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Teammate assistance plan.Tuition reimbursement.401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay.Paid time off.Company paid holidays.Paid volunteer time.And more!Pay $40,000 - $50,000 annually.Pre-Employment Requirements:Background check.Physical assessment - human performance evaluation.Drug screen.Empowered to be extraordinary.
