Job Overview: This academy caters for students aged 11-16 . Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4 . Inspire students through creative and thought-provoking lessons that develop reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills. Assess, monitor and track student progress to ensure strong attainment. Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Work collaboratively with the English department and wider academy team. Contribute to curriculum development, intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities. What we're looking for: Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) is essential. A degree in English or a related subject. Experience teaching English at secondary level across KS3 and KS4 . A passion for English and the ability to engage, motivate and challenge learners. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teaching.
