Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a diverse set of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver holistic care, attending regular team meetings where client progress is evaluated and treatment approaches are adjusted as necessary.

  • Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization support during acute mental health crises, using your expertise and compassion to guide clients through urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

  • A current, independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) ,/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

  • A completed master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  • Proven ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively with clients from varied backgrounds, establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships.

  • Adeptness at practicing cultural sensitivity to work successfully with a diverse clientele.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain timely and precise documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a community mental health setting is beneficial, as is familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Other preferred experiences include knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and proficiency in working with diverse populations, as well as any additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
