Pharmacy Clinical Services Provider
Provides and monitors pharmacy clinical services. Verifies and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers. Manages, assesses, interprets, and recommends medication therapy based on approved evidence-based practice guidelines and hospital policies and procedures.
This position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening
Education:Essential: Doctorate, Bachelor
Education specialization:Essential: Pharmacy
Experience:Essential: Under One Year
Credentials:Essential: Pharmacist
