Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Specialty Support)

Location: New York, NY
Salary: $135,000–$150,000/year (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in a collaborative clinical setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, and care coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Perform histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions
• Develop individualized care plans
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments/vaccinations
• Provide preventive care counseling
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Coordinate referrals and specialty care

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program (Family or Adult/Gerontology)
• Active New York State NP license
• AANP or ANCC certification

Preferred:

• Specialty certification (e.g., ONCC)
• EMR/EHR experience
• Bilingual Spanish
