Shifts: Nights or Rotating Shifts, 36 or 48 hours, every other weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) or straight weekends, and every other holiday

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with developing and implementing nursing care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Current RN license
• BLS Certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Previous Stepdown or critical care experience
