Position may also be eligible for additional compensation such as commission and incentive programs. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues, ranging from simple to complex accounts. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and/or discrepancies, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate sales‑vehicle run processes and maintain direct communication with other auction departments to ensure proper movement, organization, and timely completion of reconditioning services. Examine vehicles in the sales lineup to ensure standards and quality, and complete estimates for reconditioning services to improve vehicle value. Coordinate, approve, and audit reconditioning services, including condition reports and imaging audits, to reduce risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses. Demonstrate knowledge of condition report data and the vehicle inspection process to identify paint, body, frame, and PDR repairs. Educate and act as a liaison for clients on auction processes, recommending and upselling Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs. Prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism in client relationships, consistently resolving issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate redemptions, ensure proper documentation, and comply with all PII policies and procedures while delivering customer service. Maintain strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines regarding reconditioning services, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy per client SLA guidelines. Apply knowledge of NAAA guidelines to appropriately place vehicle announcements and brands. Use Microsoft Office and other internal business platforms proficiently. Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors. Perform any other duties assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related experience, OR a higher degree/certification in a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge. Self‑starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team‑based interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability and mental acuity to perform duties within required timeframes and meet business requirements. Work Environment 70% outside work and 30% in‑office administrative duties. Exposure to outdoor elements, including extreme heat and cold. Moderate noise level. Potential hazards such as sharp metal, broken glass, and hazardous or caustic chemicals.
