What You’ll Be Doing As an HR Recruiter at Connected Crew, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our team and ensuring we attract the best talent. Your key responsibilities will include: Sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates for various roles. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs. Leveraging creative strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking. Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Staying up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve our hiring process. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should bring: At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related HR role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively. A proactive and resourceful approach to solving recruitment challenges. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus. Why Join Connected Crew?
