Quality Inspector

Description: Read, understand and practice customer standards and specifications. Read, understand and practice industry standards and specifications. Read, understand and practice internal procedures and work instructions. Use various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, ultrasonic thickness tester. Review and inspect incoming, in-process and outgoing material. Work with production to review and verify products conformance to specified requirements. Handle non-conforming material including the identification and disposition as required. Handle the review of incoming material test reports to ensure compliance. Have knowledge of AS9100D/AS9120B/ISO 9001-15 standards. Assist in conducting internal audits. Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility goals.

Skills/Knowledge: High School Diploma or GED. 2 years experience in quality inspection. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sheet and plate material. Experience with titanium. Experience in aerospace industry.

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm 1st Shift
