Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support commercial, clinical, and product launch activities within a fast-paced biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This individual will work as part of a production team responsible for downstream manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).

Responsibilities include:

• Perform manufacturing operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) and established safety guidelines.
• Follow Gmp requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
• Prepare, receive, stage, and replenish materials and components used in production.
• Load components into manufacturing equipment and perform cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Complete production documentation accurately and in real time.
• Utilize electronic systems for inventory management and batch record documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and participate in daily operational meetings.
• Operate manual and powered pallet jacks to move materials, equipment, and buffer containers throughout the production area.
• Identify and report production issues, discrepancies, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure materials and components are available to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.

This is a contract position based out of West Greenwich, Ri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
