National Sales Manager

The National Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team within a technical and highly specialized product division. This individual will be responsible for managing the team, while implementing strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field 7-15 years of sales and sales management experience in the construction or infrastructure industry Proven track record of growing sales and leading successful teams Experience with engineered or technical products preferred Travel within the U.S, to engage with sales reps and customers. This position will require approx. 50% travel.
