Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Projected Start: 06/29/2026 | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department with up to 101 beds and patient ratios of 4:1 (medical) and up to 7:1 on behavioral holds
• Utilize AIDET communication standards, maintain patient experience expectations, and keep patient boards updated throughout each visit
• Collaborate with techs stationed in cardiac monitoring, internal processing, triage, and unit clerk support across day and night shifts
• Operate Baxter pumps and GE monitors; document accurately using Cerner electronic health record system
• Float within all sections of the Emergency Department as needed to meet departmental staffing needs
• Demonstrate real-time coaching, feedback, and teamwork in a fast-paced, multicultural emergency care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start date
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED (100,000+ annual visits)
• Proficiency with Cerner documentation system
• Strong teamwork mentality with the ability to work flexibly across all areas of the ED

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience within an HCA-affiliated facility
• Background working in a comprehensive stroke center or high-acuity trauma environment
• Comfort serving diverse, multilingual patient populations
