Graduate Program Intern - LMSW/LCSW/LPC

Hope Farm Graduate Intern Position

HOPE Farm Graduate Interns are to operate and engage with the ministry as professional employees. Interns are in a position to learn and grow during their time at Hope Farm, but our hope is that our interns additionally have a sustainable effect and impact on the ministry, the families we serve, and the programs we offer.

Our Graduate Interns are expected to:

Be conscientious to either agree with the statement of faith at HOPE Farm or at a minimum agree to not dispute or teach principles contrary to the Statement of Faith
Commit to following the standard of behavior set by HOPE Farm's Behavioral Expectations for Staff
Be responsible for taking the Ministry Safe Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Course
Develop and execute six learning goals while at HOPE Farm, including academic, professional, and personal goals
Collaborate and complete work-related and goal-related tasks for HOPE Farm and with fellow staff
Attend weekly HOPE Farm staff meetings and schedule sufficient check-ins with your supervisor
Account for the goals and expectations of your graduate program internship guidelines for your school
