Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help promote safe discharges.
