Position Summary As a Customer Care Coordinator , you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the initial customer contact through the completion of each project. You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers, dispatch technicians, support the sales team, and help ensure every job moves efficiently from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized while managing multiple priorities. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule residential HVAC equipment installations. Dispatch service technicians and installers while maintaining efficient daily schedules. Communicate with customers regarding appointments, installation dates, scheduling updates, and project expectations. Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and installation-related documentation. Coordinate with installation managers and field personnel to maximize scheduling efficiency. Maintain accurate customer information and job status updates within company software. Answer customer questions regarding warranties, financing, equipment, and installation timelines. Assist with outbound customer communication regarding warranties, maintenance agreements, and company programs. Help ensure projects move smoothly from the initial sale through final installation. Deliver exceptional customer service while helping resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
