Responsabilidades de los miembros del equipo de back-of:
- Preparar, cocinar, montar y presentar la comida de forma segura, rpida y eficiente, cumpliendo con los estndares de Chick-fil-A
- Conoce las tareas de todas las estaciones de cocina, incluyendo patatas fritas, empanado, montaje, tablas y preparacin de alimentos
- Almacena el inventario de cocina segn sea necesario
- Mantn la cocina ordenada, limpia y ordenada en todo momento
- Mantente al da con los nuevos productos lanzados por Chick-fil-A
- Trabaja de forma segura cerca de los equipos de cocina y reporta cualquier problema de mantenimiento a la direccin
- Mantn el conocimiento personal realizando formacin interna y mantente al da de cualquier cambio
- Completar todas las tareas de apertura o cierre segn se asigne
- Cumple siempre con las normas y el cdigo de vestimenta de Chick-fil-A
