Job Description Staff AI Engineer - Palo Alto (Hybrid) An AI- data platform backed by leading investors is transforming how enterprises prepare, analyse and manage data using AI agents and copilots. They're looking for a Staff AI Engineer to build production‑ready AI systems that power the future of enterprise data What will I be doin g? Design, build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications for enterprise data workflo ws.Develop production‑ready RAG, semantic search and vector database solutio ns.Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and cloud- technologi es.Take AI products from concept to production, owning delivery end-to-e nd.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape the company's AI platfo What we're looking for: 6+ years' software engineering experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML applicat ions.Hands‑on experience with LLMs, AI agents (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI), RAG, semantic search and prompt enginee ring.Strong Python skills with experience building cloud- applications, REST APIs and microserv ices.Experience delivering production AI solutions, such as workflow automation, AI coding assistants, data analysis, multi‑agent systems or autonomous decision‑ma king.Bonus points for experience with Knowledge Graphs, Spark, vector databases, compiler development or open‑source AI/ML proj What's in it f or me? $250,000–$350,000 base salary plus equity.Comprehensive healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance and cover plus other b benefitsProfessional development support and the opportunity to join a fast‑growing, well‑founded AI c ompany.
