Compliance Support Specialist

Serving as the lead of the Compliance Department, the full-time Compliance Support Specialist will review and resolve escalated compliance matters, support compliance reporting and monitoring, and identify potential compliance risks while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary escalation point for Compliance Representatives, providing research and recommendations on compliance issues Train and support Compliance Representatives, developing and maintaining SOPs and training materials Assist with compliance reviews, reporting, and ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, fraud, or a related field Demonstrated experience handling customer or operational compliance-related escalations Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
