Showroom ManagerAn upscale women's gown store in Monroe is seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a refined, high quality customer experience. This role requires someone who can manage staff, coordinate orders, and maintain a polished and organized showroom environment.The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and understands fashion and client expectations in a high end setting. This person will be responsible for managing vendor orders, overseeing team members, and ensuring every customer receives attentive, personalized service.This position is best suited for someone who is confident, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and polished presence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily showroom operationsPlace and manage orders with vendorsManage and support showroom staffDeliver a high end, personalized customer experienceMaintain organization and flow within the showroomBe available after hours for urgent mattersQualifications:Strong management and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailProfessional, polished, and customer focusedAbility to handle sensitive and private client informationStrong multitasking and problem solving skillsExperience in managing, retail, sales, or women's fashion is a plusRefined understanding of women's fashion, with a focus on gowns and current trends.Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: $50,000–$90,000/year
