If you require reasonable accommodation to complete our application or interview process, please let us know.ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research to identify content opportunities for clientsWrite comprehensive articles on a variety of topics with minimal supervisionDemonstrate the ability to adapt tone and complexity of a piece to speak to the correct audience, as well as align with relevant style guidesDemonstrate the ability to implement feedback from editors, clients, and teammatesDemonstrate understanding of the project lifecycle and ability to collaborate across departmentsHit client SEO traffic goals month over month by creating content that ranks and/or generates passive linksApply GEO best practices to make client content more discoverable by LLMsLeverage AI tools to drive productivity across the content workflow while upholding Siege's editorial quality standardsHelp pilot and evaluate new AI tools and workflows for the team, sharing prompts, templates, and best practices that scale agency-wideAssist with project management tasks including content scheduling and reportingRequired Skills2+ years as a content marketer (ideally published on reputable news sites or industry blogs)A working knowledge of SEO/GEO tools and how they can be used to improve client websitesWorking familiarity with leading LLMs and AI writing tools, including responsible use that augments human writing and judgmentDemonstrated adoption of AI tools to increase productivity and automation across the content workflowGoal-orientated with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independentlyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships in a remote environmentStrong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects while still working effectivelySuggested Skills2–4 years experience working in an agency or similar marketing environmentB.A. or similar degree in English, journalism, or similar fieldExperience using Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and/or other collaborative productivity toolsUnderstanding of HTML/CSS and comfortable uploading content to WordPress and other similar Content Management SystemsExperience collaborating with design teams and giving guidance on design and UX best practicesThe salary range for this position is $55,000.00–$66,000.00 DOE.
