Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state. Through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach, you will deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting daily site operations.

Pay Rate: $15.81 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including production-adjacent areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by location procedures, and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Support access control, incident reporting, and general site rules compliance to help to deter disruptions, trespassing, and/or other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
