We are hiring for a skilled Garnishment Specialist! In this full-time opportunity you will be responsible for the processing and payment of worksite employees' withholding orders and responding to withholding questions and concerns. Job Summary:

• Full time, contract
• M-F schedule - days
• Responsible for review, interpretation, administration, and payment of wage withholding orders.
• Responds to and resolves withholding order questions and concerns.
• Provides instructions to payroll specialists to ensure that correct garnishment amounts are processed and paid.
• Researches and resolves withholding order payment discrepancies.
• Coordinates with the agency's legal department to ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Customer Service experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, and Access)
• US citizen or permanent resident status
• Completion of a background check
