As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our finance team and looking for a **detail‐oriented Bookkeeper** who enjoys keeping financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly.This is a great opportunity for someone with bookkeeping or accounting support experience who wants stability, collaboration, and room to grow.**About the Role**The Bookkeeper II plays a key role in supporting day‐to‐day financial operations. You’ll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate records, timely processing, and compliance with accounting standards. This role offers a blend of routine bookkeeping responsibilities and opportunities to support higher‐level accounting activities.**What You’ll Do*** Maintain and record **daily financial transactions** with accuracy and attention to detail* Support **payroll processing** and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations* Manage **accounts payable and accounts receivable**, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments* Perform **bank and account reconciliations*** Assist with **month‐end and year‐end close** activities* Prepare and organize **financial and internal reports*** Support **budget tracking and forecasting** activities* Coordinate with auditors and provide documentation during reviews* Assist with special projects and general accounting support as needed**Why Work With Us*** Stable, established company with long‐term clients* Supportive and collaborative work environment* Clearly defined responsibilities and expectations* Opportunities for learning and career growth* Competitive compensation and benefits#### Requirements**What We’re Looking For*** **1–5 years of experience** in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role* Experience using **accounting software** (QuickBooks preferred; similar systems welcome)* Proficiency with **Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office*** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams* High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality* Bookkeeping or accounting certification **a plus**, but not required
