Job Summary Oversees pharmacy campus operations, programs, transitions and activities consistent with the pharmacy directors' and Senior Leadership's objectives. Essential Accountabilities Establish objectives to accomplish department/hospital's goals. Supports the financial management for area. Manages departmental operations to ensure area meets or exceeds the expectations of customers. Oversees the management of the flow of pharmaceutical product and staff between all pharmacy service campuses to ensure processes are efficient and effective in meeting department goals and objectives. Provides pharmacy service leadership through people who have a direct impact on the department's/hospital's area of responsibility. Participates in leadership growth and development. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Preferred Education: Master's Degree Required License/Certification: licensed Pharmacist; BCLS may be required for those leaders providing patient care. Required Experience: Five years of hospital technical and managerial experience in pharmacy. Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and intranet software, e-mail.
