Restaurant Kitchen Manager Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00 Responsibilities Ensure seamless day‑to‑day kitchen operations and uphold company standards. Craft an unparalleled experience for guests through scratch cooking, artisanal American food, and gourmet burgers. Manage inventory, ordering, and key P&L lines. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. Strong communication, leadership skills, and ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong P&L knowledge. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & Word. Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes. Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules. Experience managing a team.
