Client Consultation and Support: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for a portfolio of 100+ commercial accounts, providing expert advice on coverage and policy updates. Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the commercial lines sector, contributing to an annual growth target of 20% in policy volume. Contract and Policy Review: Efficiently manage policy documents and endorsements, ensuring accuracy and compliance within 48 hours of client request. Collaboration and Training: Mentor and collaborate with junior account executives, significantly enhancing team capability and client service delivery. Join a dedicated team driven by excellence and collaboration, reporting directly to the Senior Account Executive. Utilize cutting-edge CRM systems and analytics tools to enhance client engagement and optimize service delivery within a supportive and resource-rich environment. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management with a proven track record in client retention and business growth. State insurance license and strong understanding of insurance regulations and policies. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop practical, client-centric solutions. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient policy and client management.
