RN Case Manager - Outpatient Care & Coordination

HARBOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a qualified full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Corpus Christi, Texas. The position involves admitting and coordinating care for patients and families as part of an interdisciplinary team. Candidates should be licensed RNs with a minimum of one year of experience preferred, especially in Hospice or Home Health. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(K).
