Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that provides veterinary care for cats, dogs, and exotic pets. They are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available for this position.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-service general practice role open to experienced veterinarians only. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing comprehensive veterinary care, including surgery, dentistry, wellness services, internal medicine, and optionally, exotic pet care.

Practice Details
The hospital is well-equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, bloodwork capabilities, urinalysis, fecal exams, ECG/EKG, and more. As a full-service hospital, they offer a wide range of comprehensive veterinary services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, internal medicine, and exotic pet care. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, working closely with the Hospital Manager and reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

The hospital has one DVM and a brilliant, close-knit support team, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
