Kelly is seeking dedicated Assemblers for a premier manufacturing client in Cary, IL. If you're looking for hands-on experience, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance your career close to home, this role may be perfect for you!
Shifts & Pay Rate:
- 2nd Shift: MondayFriday | $23.30/hr | 2:30pm10:30pm or 3pm11pm
- 3rd Shift: SundayThursday | $24.30/hr | 10:30pm6:30am or 11pm7am

As an Assembler, You Will:
- Pack components into pouches or boxes using light assembly machines
- Make minor process adjustments (e.g., clearing jams)
- Operate assembly lines with a small team
- Push, pull, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs. intermittently
- Stand or walk for your entire shift
- Maintain strong cleanliness and safety standards
This Role May Be a Great Fit If You:
- Can stand, kneel, walk, bend, sit, lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs. through your shift
- Are comfortable with cleanroom gowning procedures
- Have manual dexterity for handling small parts
- Demonstrate strong hand/eye coordination
- Are detail-oriented with basic computer skills
- Can read, write, speak, and comprehend English
