Burn Boot Camp is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Burn Ambassador to join our vibrant community. What You’ll Do as a Burn Ambassador: As a Burn Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our community, welcoming members and ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they walk through our doors. Your key responsibilities will include: Generate and convert leads into memberships through exceptional customer service and consistent follow‑up. Connect with prospective members, schedule consultations, and support membership sales efforts. Serve as the first point of contact for prospects while helping grow the Burn community through lead management and sales. Build meaningful relationships with members and prospects to support retention and membership growth. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is: Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Customer‑focused with a passion for creating an exceptional member experience. Confident in lead generation, follow‑up, and membership sales.Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, energetic, and aligned with the Burn Boot Camp mission and culture. No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
