Collision Estimator & Customer Experience Lead

Gerber Collision & Glass in Horn Lake, MS is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurers. You will document interactions, provide timely information, and work with the team to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced collision repair environment. The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training, plus a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of #J-18808-Ljbffr
