Sr. Operations Manager

Location: St. George, UT / Las Vegas, NV Work Type: On-Site / Multi-Location Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years Compensation: Approximately $100,000 Base + Bonus, Benefits, 401(k), PTO Salary: Negotiable based on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and coordinate operations across two manufacturing facilities in St. George, Utah, and Las Vegas, Nevada . This key leadership role will oversee production planning, scheduling, workflow, logistics, installations, labor efficiency, and overall operational performance while working closely with Production, Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Executive Management. The ideal candidate is a results-driven operations leader who enjoys improving processes, developing teams, solving operational challenges, and helping a growing organization operate more efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate operations across both St. George, UT and Las Vegas, NV locations. Oversee production planning, scheduling, capacity, workflow, logistics, and installations to meet project deadlines. Improve labor efficiency, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery. Monitor operational KPIs, equipment utilization, waste, labor, and overall performance. Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities. Identify operational issues early and implement practical, long-term solutions. Establish and maintain a consistent, accountable, and scalable operating environment. Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Executive Management. Manage operational priorities, resources, deadlines, and workflow across multiple locations. Support employee development, accountability, and overall team performance. Ensure operational priorities align with customer expectations and business objectives. Help drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations. Previous management or supervisory experience required . Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with production planning, scheduling, and operational KPIs. Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, resources, and operational workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. Comfortable working across both St. George, UT and Las Vegas, NV locations. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Preferred Qualifications Multi-location operations management experience. Experience with process improvement and cost reduction. Experience with labor efficiency and workflow optimization. Experience in printing, graphics, signage, fabrication, or a related industry .
