Associate Director of Sales

Hilton Mystic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Sales to join our team in Mystic, CT. In this role, you will lead sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our property. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships. Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales plans accordingly. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Delphi experience a plus Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
