Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and in good standing
- Hands-on experience implementing behavior intervention plans within school or pediatric settings
- Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven decision-making
- Strong ability to communicate complex behavioral concepts to staff, students, and parents
- Collaborative spirit with a passion for working as part of multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Train school staff and support personnel on ABA strategies
- Collect, review, and report data to inform ongoing interventions
- Offer consultation to teachers and families, ensuring consistency across learning environments
- Support school teams in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and proactive climate
