• Pay: $22 per hour starting pay, with increased pay for 5+ years or experience or speciality certificates

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Help clients safely prepare for bed and assist with overnight needs

• Provide companionship and reassurance throughout the night

• Monitor client safety and comfort

• Provide medication reminders, as directed

• Prepare light meals or snacks when needed

• Communicate with our office team regarding client needs and any changes in condition

   

What We're Looking For

• Massachusetts HHA or CNA certification preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills

• Home care experience required

• Ability to remain attentive, responsive, and awake throughout the entire overnight shift

We proudly serve clients throughout Chelmsford, Lowell, Billerica, Tewksbury, Dracut, Andover, Westford , and nearby communities. Because many of our clients are clustered around Chelmsford, you'll spend less time driving and more time caring for clients.
