Qualifications:

• Active California School Psychologist credential required
• Previous experience working with K-8th grade students strongly preferred
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Ability to start promptly and commit through the end of the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering expertise to support student progress
• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment through counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional learning programs
• Monitor and track student progress, providing timely recommendations and reports
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as best practices in the field
