Lead Plumber – Lead Residential & Commercial Projects

You will play a pivotal leadership role guiding high-impact residential and commercial plumbing installations across the region. This position grants you the autonomy to manage job-site teams while building a long-term career with a rapidly growing, family-owned business. You will directly shape project quality while mentoring junior technicians in a supportive environment.

Interpret complex blueprints and execute plumbing systems according to IRC national plumbing codes.

Manage and direct field crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Resolve technical job-site challenges using advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Oversee daily piping, fixture, and mechanical plumbing installations across varied job sites.

Maintain high-quality workmanship standards on all commercial and residential job sites.

Communicate progress and logistical needs directly with operational management.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Proven ability to accurately read and execute work from detailed project blueprints.

Strong working knowledge and practical application of IRC national plumbing codes.

Demonstrated experience managing teams and directing daily workflow on active job sites.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities tailored to residential and commercial mechanical environments.

5 or more years of related plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings.

Previous experience mentoring apprentices and junior tradespeople on field projects.

General understanding of construction standards.
